The caseA.B subdirectories contain sample input and output files illustrating several of the major options provided by the 3dma code. The cases are labelled according to the answers to the first two questions asked by the code.
Whenever changes are made to the code, it is recommended that test cases related to the affected functionality be rerun in the med_ax/Test scratch directory and the new output files compared with the existing files as a debugging check. See section 4 above on testing the different functionalities of the code.
