The anisotripic diffusion method still requires a final global threshold be chosen to segment the final diffused image. This case allows the user to investigate the result of applying a single threshold choice to a slice diffused with various values of K (case1.8s.in) or to apply several threshold choices to a single file diffused with a single value of K (case1.8md.in). This second choice can also be used to investigate several threshold choices on a raw (i.e. undiffused) data set. (case1.8mr.in).
