We use computational and statistical modeling to study fundamental biological questions in two key areas:
i. Computational Immunology: modeling somatic hypermutation in Immunoglobulin genes.
ii. Evolutionary Systems Biology: modeling the evolution of gene regulatory networks.
We are particularly interested in making our research as biologically relevant as possible by maintaining active collaborations with experimental labs.
