We use computational and statistical modeling to study fundamental biological questions in two key areas:

1. Computational Immunology: modeling somatic hypermutation in Immunoglobulin genes.
2. Evolutionary Systems Biology: modeling the evolution of gene regulatory networks.

We are particularly keen to make our research as biologically relevant as possible by maintaining active collaborations with experimental labs.
