About my immigration lawyer

We moved to the US in August 1999. In October 2006 I got my green card, During these 7+ years my wife and me saw many immigration lawyers. Examples of their performance were:

1. My wife's H1 for a programming job was rejected due to "low qualification" (she's a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Moscow University - sad haha :)
2. My first I-140 application has been denied
3. My wife's second H1 sponsored by another company has been rejected as well

I hope this note will draw few more clients to my "winning" lawyer, Ted Sherman, so this is my "thank you" to him. If you attend his MDGreenCard.com Web-site, few things may seem too good to be true. However, they are true.

You do pay only after the approval of I-140 or similar (critical) application. This is extremely rare and is indeed a guarantee of the service. His fees are very modest. For example, the lawyer who failed my first I-140, took $2K more up front (and she seemed to be knowlegable and has been recommended to me by a friend...).

Most important, you get excellent expertise service. He evaluated that my first I-140 will fail before I had the denial. He submitted two new I-140's in tough categories - Outstanding Researcher and National Interest Waiver, both of which got approved!
