Hyperbolic renormalization of the fractional flow function for the case of correlated (fractal) heterogeneities. 		We develop scale up methods for risk management in developing new oil fields and recovering additional oil. Our methods allow specification of coarse grid parameters which replicate average behavior of fine grid simulations. The scaleup method can achieve orders of magnitude improvement in simulation speed, and thus enable practical evaluation of the statistical uncertainties associated with incomplete data.
