1. Bartender (download): Bartender is an ultrafast and accurate algorithm and software tool for barcode clustering and counting from raw next-generation sequencing data.

  2. mmLD (download): mmLD (multiple-marker LD mapping) is an R package for analyzing SNP data in genome-wide association studies (GWAS). It explicitly utilizes the linkage disequilibrium (LD) information contained within a SNP block to infer the association between multiple SNP markers and quantitative traits. Currently, the main function is "tmLD", which can perform the LD mapping simultaneously with two SNP markers. Later, it will be generalized to incorporate multiple markers.

  3. PPSEQ (download): PPSEQ is a state-of-the-art parallel algorithms for high-throughput sequencing data analysis on massively parallel computers. It is a portable, scalable and efficient software suite for integrated implementation of algorithms in bioinformatics and parallel computing.
