The fiber angle is measured from the positive x-axis.
Counter clockwise is the positive angle direction.
The first angle is the orientation of fiber in the bottom plane
and second one is for the top plane.
The domain 15mm x 15mm x 7.5 mm is
discretized into 60 x 60 x 60 unless mentioned otherwise.
