In the simulaton below, the filament was initially placed transmurally (vertically). The scrol wave turns counter clockwise. The fiber angle is measured from the positive x-axis. Counter clockwise is the positive angle direction. The fiber rotates from -120 to 0.
The domain 50mm x 50mm x 20 mm is discretized into 100 x 100 x 40 unless mentioned otherwise. For a thin tissue, the domain is 50mm x 50mm x 10 mm on the same 100 x 100 x 40 mesh.
